- hope one of these will work for you. I personally like the Tater Pie. It is not the custard type with milk like the first recipe here.

RICKY'S MOM'S SWEET POTATO PIE
In-Laws, Outlaws & Friends

2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups Pet Milk
2 Tablespoons butter
1 cup sweet potatoes

Mix well and pour in a 9 inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350 until well done.

TATER PIE

1 egg
1 stick butter -- melted
2 cups sugar
2 cups sweet taters -- mashed
1/2 cup pet milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

BLEND ALL TOGETHER. POUR INTO PIE SHELL, COOK 30-45 MINUTES.
