I've tried this recipe, but I had to add flour to both mixtures because dough was not stiff. I used 3 egg-whites not 4.
Did I do sth wrong?
Should I add egg-whites directly to the mixture or beat it into stiff foam and then add?
Please, if annyone has advice please reply.

Also, I must say even with adding flour these cookies are delicious!
