Beth, we just tried your delicious cookie recipe! My girls said to tell you they are "to die for". They're soft, chewy and yummmmmmy! What I also like is the butter flavor shortening, which I've read has a higher smoke point, making for a cookie that doesn't burn on the bottom before they're all the way cooked. I also took your suggestion for freezing the extra dough. I rolled the dough into logs before freezing. And yes, we'd love for you to post your PB recipe too!
