My piecrust always comes out soggy. I asked for guidance from a cooking expert at the mall, but they had no answers. I use a glass pie pan generally, and I prick the bottom with a fork, before adding the fruit filling. Can anyone correct me? I really would like to make a great pie for the holidays. Many thanks.
