I made McCall's Cooking School Lemon Chiffon Pie in 1985 when I purchased the McCalls cooking school cook book. It is hands down the best lemon pie of any kind I have ever made, even now I get requests from friends for it.

A tip, follow the recipe exactly. If you do the rewards are great.

I also make a standard pie crust as my family isn't crazy about graham cracker crusts.
