Hi: I got this recipe from a woman named Deb and she says it is delicious. I had pulled this out of my recipe box and was going to try it today so I thought I would post this for you also.
"
Butterscotch Cake

1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 can "Thank You" brand Butterscotch Pudding

Beat all together well. Spread in greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with granulated sugar (about 1/2 cup). Top with butterscotch bits. Sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. DELICIOUS, and keeps well. Use your imagination and change flavors. Kids enjoy chocolate with peanut butter bits on top - at christmas I use white cake and Christmas mini M&M's on top."

I presume any brand of Butterscotch Pudding would do.

Hope it works out for you.

Bernadette
