MELISA I HAVE TRIED DIFFERENT ONES THAT WORK. WILTON SUGGESTS USING A RECIPE THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE BAKING POWDER, OR THAT IF YOU HAVE A FAVORITE RECIPE TO OMIT THE BAKING POWDER. FOLLOWING IS THE RECIPE INCLUDED WITH MY STAMP. 1 CUP BUTTER, SOFTENED 1 LARGE EGG 1 CUP SUGAR 1TEASPOON VANILLA 3 CUPS FLOUR. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*F. CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR. BEAT IN EGG AND VANILLA. ADD FLOUR ONE CUP AT A TIME, MIXING AFTER EACH ADDITION. THE DOUGH WILL BE VERY STIFF. BLEND IN LAST OF FLOUR BY HAND. DO NOT CHILL THE DOUGH. ROLL DOUGH INTO SMOOTH 1 1/2" BALLS. PLACED ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEE. LIGHTLY SPRAY STAMPS WITH VEGETABLE OIL COOKING SPRAY. DIP STAMPS IN FLOUR , SHAKE OFF EXCESS. PRESS DOWN ON DOUGH WITH STAMP TO IMPRINT COOKIE. BAKE 12-15 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED. PLACE ON RACK FOR 5 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM SHEET AND COOL. MAKES ABOUT 18-24 COOKIES.
