Susan, this is a recipe that was in our local paper in Rhode Island. The recipe is from the pastry chef at The Mooring's. I have tried it several times and people enjoy it. It is also easy to make.
8 inch graham cracker pie crust 1 can sweetened condensed milk 4 egg yolks 1/2 cup lime juice Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine condensed milk with egg yolks at medium speed of electric beater. Beat until light and creamy. Slowly add lime juice, mixing until thoroughly blended. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 13 - 15 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours. Servce with a dollop of whipped cream and an "S" twist of lime
