ISO: Pink/Strawberry (Cake) Frosting

I need a recipe for strawberry frosting, without strawberries... I don't have any extract, but have strawberry jello mix. How can I use this? Or can I? I am worried about it being "crunchy" if the jello is undesolved. Am I nuts to think there msut be a way to do it?
