I got this recipe out of my Black and Decker bread machine cookbook and it turns
out perfect.
1/4 cup water
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1-1\2 cups semolina flour
Add all ingredients then select dough cycle. When the add ingredient signal
beeps remove the pasta and it is ready to be rolled.
