Peanut Butter Bread
2 Cups Flour
4 Teaspoons Baking-Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Milk
2/3 cup Peanut Butter
Sift flour, measure, and sift with baking-powder and salt. Add peanut butter
and sugar, working peanut butter into dry ingredients with tips of fingers.
Add milk. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Pour into well-oiled baking pan. Bake
in hot oven (420 degrees F.) about 30-35 minutes. 1 small loaf.
