The item you need is food coloring paste. You can get it @ specialty
stores or most likely thru the mail. Our local store is Sweet
Specialties (formerly Maid of Scandinavia). There are lots of colors,
and they are very true colors. If you can't find a store in your
area in the yellow pages, check with one of your bakeries that
does cake decorating, the baker or cake decorator should be able
to tell you where they get theirs. (and you need VERY LITTLE of this
to get a true color)
