4 Cups Peeled and Chopped Ida-red Apples 1 1/2 Cups Sugar 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour 2 Teaspoons Soda 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon 2 Teaspoons Vanilla 1 Cup Vegetable Oil 2 Eggs 1 Cup Chopped Nuts
Stir sugar into apples and let stand 30 minutes. Stir flour, soda, and cinnamon together in large bowl. Beat together vanilla, oil and eggs. Add to dry ingredients. Blend in apples and chopped nuts. Pour into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Let cool in pans for 15 minutes, then remove. Slice with a sharp knife.
