Here's a recipe for you to try.

Bumpy Lumpy Bread By: Bev in Mn
1-1/2 lb loaf
1-1/4 cups Water 1 tablespoon Lard or Applesauce or Butter 1-1/2 tablespoons Sugar or Brown Sugar 3/4 teaspoon Salt 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds, toasted* 3 tablespoons Sunflower Seeds, toasted 2 tablespoons Flax seed 3 tablespoons Walnuts, barely chopped (optional) 1-1/2 tablespoons Gluten 1/2 cup Rolled oats (old fashioned oatmeal) 3 cups Bread Flour 2 teaspoons Yeast 1/2 cup Raisins
Place in machine as manufacturer directs.
Note: Used Multi-grain cycle in 1# Panasonic - Wonderful results 72 high, very light, ***delicious, can also use Sweet.
My note: It is so important to TOAST the seeds. The extra flavor is worth any time it takes to do it right.
