Recipe(tried): Toasting sesame seeds

Misc.

Toast in a dry skillet over medium high heat. You don't want to put more than
1/4 inch thick layer in the pan at a time. Stir constantly with wooden spoon
'til desired doneness - golden is nice. Keep a small bowl of untoasted next to
the stove so you can compare. It's hard to tell how much they have toasted when
they are all in the skillet as they don't have to get very dark in color.
Immediately remove from heat when done and place in bowl to stop cooking. If
you leave them in the skillet, even off the heat, they will continue to brown.
Happy Toasting!
