ISO: upside down coconut cake

Misc.

I am looking for a cake recipe containing only about 5 or 6 ingredients.
Some of the main ingredients are: eggs, milk, vanilla, and coconut. Before it's
baked the coconut sits on the bottom of the mixture. Once baked it's found on
top and it's not like a regular cake but almost like a pumpkin pie filling.
