Thanks, you saved me lots of work as I also have several recipes for this and was wondering which would be best! Your recipe is almost identical to one I got from Gourmet mag. except that it uses 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp. light brown sugar and 2 tbsps. heavy cream.
