impossible coconut pie

Misc.

Dear Ann,
I happenend to find the recipe I was looking for. I had mentioned to a
lady, that I had posted for this recipe, and she happened to have it. She said it
was called "impossible coconut pie". The bottom forms a crust, the centre forms
a custurd, and the top forms a layer of coconut. If you search TKL for
imossible coconut pie you will find a version of that recipe which is slightly
different than the one I was given. I will post the reicipe I was given
tonight, under "impossible cocnut pie". Thanks to all for their help!!!
