Here is a bread recipe that I make frequently. My family likes it better than any other white bread recipes and it is so easy.
Sourdough White
Recipe By : A co-worker named Kay
1 1/4 Cups Milk, 2% Lowfat
1 Tbsp Vinegar -- Add To Milk And Stir
2 Tbsp Margarine
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Salt (optional)
3 Cups Bread Flour
1 Pkg Dry Yeast -- Fast Rise Yeast
Stir vinegar into milk. Add milk into bread machine pan 1st. Add all other ingredients in the order written. When adding the Fast Rapid Rise Yeast make a hole with your finger in the mound of flour to pour yeast into. (this keeps it from activating too soon.) Turn the machine on according to manufacturer's instructions. Enjoy!
