Anna, here's the "Basic Loaf" of bread recipe for the Panasonic Bread Bakery. I will post the recipe for "Raisin Bread" in a separate post. Also, any questions you have, please ask.
2 cups flour 2 Tbs sugar 1 ts salt 1 Tbs dry milk 7/8 cup warm water 1 Tbs butter 1-1 1/2 ts yeast
All ingredients at room temp. Sugar can be decreased to 1 TBs for bread lighter in color. Note: store unused yeast in freezer. Also, in any recipe for this machine, the maximum flour you can use is 2 cups and the minimum is 1 cup. When baking bread containing wheat germ, whole wheat, oatmeal, etc., the amoutn of flour and the wheat germ etc. indicates the combined amounts.
Ingredients go into machine in order listed. Yeast goes in dispenser on top of machine.Virginia/Alaska |
