My friend just gave me a bottle of BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM and she told me that there is a good cake made with this liqueur. (However, she doesn't have the recipe for me as she doesn't cook at all...) :( I have searched on the Net but all I could find were the ones made with "cake mix" (which I prefer NOT to use...) or "pound cake recipe" (which I'd rather stay with Nan/SC's original recipe than adding liqueur in it)... Does anyone have a good, "traditional" or "tried" Baley's Irish Cream cake recipe? I would like to try it out soon. I hate to see this liqueur wasted... Thanks in advance... ^_^
