I'm sure your daughter will love whatever you decide to send! Regarding the chocolate chip cookie, I think you may run into a problem with the chips and decorations melting in transit. How about a chocolate pound cake or another flavor baked as in a loaf or bundt pan along with a box of birthday candles?
