My recipe may be just smaller proportions of Eggy's, I am
not sure. I did not take the time to figure it out.

1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground allspice
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Mix together, makes 1 tsp.
