Substitutions
1. cake flour = 13 tbs all purpose flour[plain Aust.] + 3 tb cornstarch[cornflour Aust.]
2. pastry flour = 14 tb all purpose flour[plain Aust.]ie 7/8 c + 2 tb cornstarch[cornflour Aust.] ie 1/8 c
These homemade substitutions make a very good baked product.
