Raising bread--I have purchased a smooth top electric range and am having trouble getting my bread to rise. I use to put it on the back burner of the coil top electric range and turn the oven on. The heat would rise through the back burner and raise the bread. I don't get good results when I heat the oven to 200, turn it off, and put the bread dough in. Would appreciate any hints.
