Hi Sandy;
I put a glass measuring cup of water in the microwave and bring it to a boil.
Cover the bowl of dough with saran wrap that has been sprayed with Pam, sprayed side toward the dough. Remove cup of water from micro, place bowl of dough inside. It rises beautifully every time.
