CONVERTING BREAD RECIPES
A general safe ratio for making bread in the bread machine is: 3 cups bread flour, 1 1/4 cups liquid, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tsp yeast for basic bread. Experiment from there. Decrease the total amount of liquids if oil or eggs are used.
