Creamy California Cheesecake
2 lg. pkgs.Piladelphia cream cheese
2 eggs
2/3 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
graham cracker crust
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method.
Beat mixture until smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350* Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes. Pour on mixture of sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Smooth to edges and return to oven. Bake 5 minutes longer. Cool and then refrigerate. Serve plain or top with fresh fruit.
