PEACH KUCHEN
2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup butter or margarine 5 fresh peaches, halved 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 2 egg yolks 1 cup dairy sour cream
In medium bowl, mix flour, light brown sugar and salt with pastry blender. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Pat into bottom and part way up the sides of a lightly greased, 9-inch spring-form pan. Arrange peach halves cut side up in pan.
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over peaches.
Bake in preheated 400 degree F oven for 15 minutes.
Mix together egg yolks and sour cream. Pour over peaches and bake until golden, about 30 minutes. Cool on wire.
