I recently went to a wonderful eating establisment that served a desert called Lady Gogiva cake. It had 4 layers of rich chocolate cake, between the layers were stabelized whipped cream, and a dark chocolate frosting topped off with a hot chocolate sauce. I have not been able to locate anything similar.
