Sounds great, Julie - I just copied it and hope to try it before long. We've always liked mangos but sometimes its hard to get good ones in the area I live (mid-Atlantic states) and sometimes the prices are outrageous. Lately we've been getting some from Ecuador that are good and not that steep in $$$. Thanks for sharing.
