Stacy - thanks for replying so promptly. I made a half batch and baked them at 350 for 9-10 minutes. They came out crispy (I rolled the dough quite thin) and not too brown, which was great, as I was decorating them with pale pink frosting for V Day. I then got your message and tried your instructions with the other half, and the shorter baking time worked fine, too. I agree- this is a good recipe worth hanging on to! TX
