I need a recipe for a cream cheese cake, now not a cheese cake, but a cake that uses cream cheese in it and has a raspberry filling. I bake wedding cakes and a couple asked for this for one of the layers of their cake in June. Any internet search turns up a lot of cheese cakes but not this.
