Hi,
I am looking for a recipe for strawberry cookies...they have the consistency and taste of sugar cookies, but they are red and dusted on top with powdered sugar...A local place that sells Strawberry Shortcakes, Shakes, and preserves makes them. Unfortunately, as the story goes, they will not part with the recipe. I believe they are made with pureed strawberries in the batter.
Can any inventive baker out there help?
