Thanks! This sounds like what I was looking for. Funny, I always thought it was ganache! Don't worry about the fractions, I usually weigh my ingredients anyway, so it's easy enough to convert the measurements. One question though, can I use all-purpose flour instead? This is what I usually keep on hand.
