Nancy - this is the one I use most often. I copied it fromLora Brody's BREAD MACHINE BAKING - PERFECT EVERY TIME - but I've done some things differently (does this make sense!)

1/2 cup warm water
1 cup sourdough starter
1/4 cup butter or margarine - room temp
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 cups flour (I've used bread, unbleached, all purpose - all turned out well)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon yeast

Place ingredients in ABM in order directed in your bread machine manual. Program for dough/manual; press start. Check after a few minutes to make sure of texture -- whether you need more water or flour.

Mix together:
1/2cup brown sugar
1/2cup butter or margarine,softened
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2teaspoon ground nutmeg

When dough is ready jplace on lightly floured board - roll to about 9 x 15 rectangle. Spread with
2 tablespoons butter (softened) then sprikle with the sugar/butter/cinnamon mixture). Roll up tightly ,starting with the 9-inch edge to form a 15-inch roll. Cut into 9 equal slices -and place, cut side down on lightly greased baking sheet. Cover; let rise inwarm place until doubled in size - about 1 hr. Preheat oven to 375 with rack in center position. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven.
Prepare Glaze: Mix together: 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar; 1 tablespoon hot coffee OR 1 teasp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tabl boiling water; and 2 tablespoons Kahula

Drizzle over tops of rolls while still warm. Remove with spatula to wire rack to cool.

Note: my husband does NOT like really sweet rolls - so instead of filling like above, I usually just spread a small amount of soft butter over the rolled out dough and then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, etc.

I usually make smaller rolls. And we do not put the glaze on -unless for 'guests'!

I've also used this dough for other sweet breads. Hope you like it. Oh you canadd nuts, etc...
