cream puff is also called protifilos (can't be sure abotu my spelling but it's something like that in french, i think...) it's the same recipe for "eclairs" (for the puffs) only it's a round shape, and the "cream" is usually the custard cream... you should be able to locate bunch of such recipes on the net. if not, pls. let me know and i will type out mine later. |
