Peanut Butter Filled Cookies
2 cups light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup crisco shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup water
4 cups shift flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp salt
Cream brown sugar crisco and eggs. Add Vanilla and water . Add the shift flour ,baking soda and salt. On greased cookie sheet drop 1 teaspoon of batterthen 1/2 teaspoon of peanutbutter and on the topof batter then ontop of peanut butter another 1/2 teaspoon of batter bake at 350 12 to 14 minutes makes between 4 to 5 dozen
