Hi All,

Here's a hint: I bought a pint of frozen strawberries in their juice at Publix. That pint will be enough for 2 batches of cookies. Also, I added half a capful of red food coloring just for more color.

I made a batch and put them in a tall mason jar for DH to take to his office. They are delish!!
