I am looking for a good vanilla pudding recipe for creme puffs. I don't want Bavarian cream or some instant pudding. There are a few expensive restaurants here in San Antonio that serve creme puffs like I used to buy when I was a kid. If you think you have an excellent pudding recipe for creme puffs or eclairs, I would very much appreciate your sharing it with me.
