In Australia we make a cream, called Mock Cream. The ingredients are: (I only know Bulk ingredients for a cake shop, so I'll just put what they add)
Sugar White Margarine (this is 1 1/2 times the amount of what the sugar) Vanilla Essence (squirt) Pinch Salt Water
What do you call it in the US or Canada? Or if someone knows a recipe similar, it would be appreciated. It has a sweet taste, we use it alot for novelty type cakes, it withstands our heat down there.
