Anzac Biscuits 1/2 cup plain flour !/2 cup rolled oats 1/3 cup sugar !/3 cup coconut 1 tabs. golden syrup 60g margarine 1/2 tspn bicabonate of soda 1 tabs.boiling water
Set oven to 180C and grease tray Mix flour, oats, sugar, coconut together in bowl Melt syrup and margarine in saucepan Mix soda with boiling water and quickly add to melted marg and syrup Add liquids to dry ingredients Place spoonfuls onto tray Bake in oven for approx. 20 mins.
Conversion 180C = 350F 60g = 2ounces Enjoy, from Julie
