Look at #45 on this board from 8-17-00. There is another recipe for 7 up cake that I bake- it uses butter instead of margarine and crisco. Just an alternative.... it has a great flavor and a crunchy top- like bubbly 7 up- I don't use icing- just sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
