I have been looking for a recipe for olive bread. The bread texture is on the order of a sour dough or italian bread. The crust is firm and chewy. The loaf is round. It has tiny pieces of black olives throughout. Almost looks like the bread might have a combination of gluten and a light rye flour. A gourmet italian store in MD calls it Tuscan Italian Bread. I've checked the recipes listed and none sounds like the one I am looking for.
