Triple Chocolate Muffins
2 1/2 cups SR Flour (250ml cups) 1 teas baking powder 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa 125 grams butter 2 eggs 3/4 cup milk 1 cup Nutella 2 tablespoons choc chips
210 degree C oven Sift dry ingred, mix all wet ingred together, mix in to dry ingred gently, don't overmix. Grease muffin pan. Spoon in 1 tablespoon mixture, top with nutella, cover with more muffin mixture, sprinkle with choc dots. Bake 20 mins.
