This request is for a fabulous refrigerator ginger cookie. A recipe I have made--and misplaced! I believe I found it in a magazine a couple of years ago. Essentially, it is a butter cookie with powdered ginger, grated fresh ginger, and chopped crystalized ginger. If you love ginger, this is a recipe you would love. Can anyone save me before the Holidays come and go?
