I don't know where you live but if you are lucky enough to have fresh rhubarb and want more recipes, i can supply some more. A couple years ago in Midwest Living there was an article about different festivals in different towns. One highlighted was a town in Illinois that has an annual rhubarb festival. If you would e mail midwestliving.com, they might send you the recipes from that magazine. there were several very good ones. One I remember was a pinwheel cookie that was good. Now that i live in Tx I mainly have to use frozen rhubarb and miss my patch and all that I looked for to use and give away. Enjoy it~
