Souzana, I found a couple of recipes you might like. They came from Southern Living. The second calls for peaches, but I don't see why you couldn't substitute mangos.

Mango-Ginger Pie

2 med-sized ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lime juice
2 egg yolks, beaten
Ginger snap crust*
1 tbl ginger snap crumbs
mango slices, optional
lime slices, optional

Place mangoes in container of a food processor or electric blender; process until smooth. Combine 1 to 1-1/2 cups mango puree and next 3 omgred.; stir well. Pour into Ginger Snap Crust; cover and chill at least 6 hrs. Sprinkle with 1 tbl crumbs. If desired, garnish with mango slices and lime slice.

Ginger Snap Crust

1-1/2 cups ginger snap crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup + 1 tbl butter or margarine, melted

Combine all ingred.; mix well. Press into a 9" pie plate. Chill crust.

Peachy Keen Tart

Tart Pastry
1 (3oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tbl powdered sugar
1/2 tsp grated orange rind
2 tsp orange juice
3 lrg peaches
3/4 cup apricot preserves
2 tbl Cointreau

Roll each portion of pastry to 1/8" thickness on a floured surface. Fit pastry into six 4" shallow tart pans or quiche pans. Roll over top of tart pans with a rolling pin to trim off wxcess pastry. Prick bottom with a fork. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min. or until lightly browned. Cool.

Combine cream cheese and next 3 ingred. in a mixing bowl; beat at med. speed of electric mixer until blended. Spoon mixture evenly into 6 tart pans, spreading to the edges.

Peel and pit peaches; slice into 1/8" thick lengthwise slices. Arrange over cream cheese mixture. Heat preserves over low heat until melted. Press preserves through a sieve to remove lumps. Stir Cointreau into preserves, and brush liberally over peaches.

Tart Pastry
1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup shortening
4-6 tbl milk
Combine first 3 ingred. ; cut in butter and shortening with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle milk evenly over surface of mixture; stir with a fork until dry ingred. are moiatened. Divide into 6 equal portions. Wrap in plastic wrap; chill.
