I am looking for a chocolate icing recipe that is cooked, and when cooled has a texture similar to fudge. By fudge, I mean it holds a firm shape.As a matter of fact, you could almost eat it as fudge without the cake. I have looked on the board and thru many recipe books, and have not had any success finding the recipe I want. This cake has been made by family members, but when I ask for a recipe, no one can remember the recipe. I believe it has sugar, milk, cocoa and ???, I don't have the other ingredients or the correct amounts. Please help!!! I would love to surprise my family with this cake.
