Kelley, Your name intrigues me as it was my nickname in college (first name was a nickname)
I have the Zo machine too. I find it hard to clean. What about you? The dough hook is really hard to get off after baking so I haven't done a lot with it. Awful lot of money for something sitting on the counter. I have two cookbooks which list quick bread recipes for bread machines: Lora Brody's "Bread Machine Baking" and "Bread In Half the Time" by Eckhardt and Butts. Maybe you could find them in a half price book store or something. The second book has far more recipes for this.
Here is one from that book:
Lemon Dessert Bread
1/2 cup milk 2 eggs 1/4 cup unsalted butter 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup sugar 4 tbls. fresh lemon juice zest of a lemon, minced 3 cup bread flour 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. dry yeast
Process according to bread machine directions for basic bread. Cool on rack. Texture is like a fine sponge cake. Makes a 1 1/2 lb. loaf
